Books on the United States and Language
In 2010, Julie Barlow will be a Fulbright Scholar affiliated with the North American Center for Transborder Studies at Arizona State University. From their Arizona base, Nadeau and Barlow are presently researching a new book on the United States, and one on language for St Martin's Press.
A Travelogue on the Culture Shock of Returning to Canada
In the meantime, Jean-Benoît is trying to finish a humoristic travelogue recounting his counter-culture-shock after returning to Canada from France. Ma Caravane au Canada is a follow up to his book Les Français aussi on un accent (The French Have an Accent Too). In Canada, Nadeau and Barlow are developing a documentary film project based on the Story of French.
